CREATIVE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Today's turbulent business climate requires creative leaders. Businesses need leaders who can adapt and innovate in the face of rising costs, slowing demand, and economic uncertainty. Business leaders that lack creativity will miss opportunities and fail to increase commercial value.

How do we navigate in these turbulent times? This unique workshop uses a different model to look at the problems of leadership in organisations.
