About Us

Kingstonfirst is the brand name we use for the Business Improvement District (BID) of Kingston Town Centre, and is the branding used for the delivery of all events, services and marketing undertaken by us.

Kingstonfirst was successfully created in 2004, and began operations on January 1st 2005. Over the lifetime of the BID, we have achieved an increase in footfall to Kingston Town Centre of more than 2.45 million additional customers a year, and have increased standards in cleansing and security, including a reduction in violent crime of over 38%.
