| What are the collection times? | 09:00 - 10:00 and 16:00 - 17:00 |
| How much will it cost to use the service | Any business with a rateable value of £100,000 or above will be charged at a rate of £1 per bale. For businesses whose rateable values fall below this level, the service is provided free of charge* |
| What materials can be collected? | At present we only collect cardboard. Details of trade waste collection companies working in the town centre are provided further down this page |
| Where does the waste go? | The cardboard is taken to the SITA transfer station in Villiers Rd, where it is processed and sent to Severside Recycling, Taplow, Berkshire, SL6OAF |
| How can I register my business for the service? | Please e mail or phone Lucinda Raggett, detailing your basic requirements. A member of our Clean Team will then visit you and talk you through the terms and conditions of the service. |
| What are my legal responsibilities with regards to the disposal of trade waste? | Guidelines are provided on the Royal Borough of Kingston website |

This service is being introduced due to demand from our BID members. It is not a profit making scheme and is run for your benefit as a BID business.
