What are the collection times? 09:00 - 10:00 and 16:00 - 17:00
How much will it cost to use the service Any business with a rateable value of £100,000 or above will be charged at a rate of £1 per bale. For businesses whose rateable values fall below this level, the service is provided free of charge*
What materials can be collected? At present we only collect cardboard. Details of trade waste collection companies working in the town centre are provided further down this page
Where does the waste go? The cardboard is taken to the SITA transfer station in Villiers Rd, where it is processed and sent to Severside Recycling, Taplow, Berkshire, SL6OAF
How can I register my business for the service? Please e mail or phone Lucinda Raggett, detailing your basic requirements. A member of our Clean Team will then visit you and talk you through the terms and conditions of the service.
What are my legal responsibilities with regards to the disposal of trade waste? Guidelines are provided on the Royal Borough of Kingston website
