Business Voice and Representation

Kingstonfirst represents a robust business community, comprising over 750 business members who collectively invest just under £1 million annually into Kingston Town Centre.

The interests of Kingston's business community are paramount to the delivery plan of Kingstonfirst, with the core priorities decided by the businesses themselves.

To ensure the businesses are driving forward the agenda, the Kingstonfirst Board of Governors is made up of 26 representatives who cover the complete sector profile of the Town Centre. The Board, governed by the Kingstonfirst Chair, meet on a quarterly basis and Executive Committee members meet monthly to ensure Kingstonfirst is addressing the current priorities and issues faced by the business community.

These priorities are discussed in detail and then represented at a variety of forums with stakeholders including the Leader of the Council and the Greater London Authority.
