The car park has 697 parking spaces of which 21 spaces are designated disabled bays and 41 are parent and child bays. The two passenger lifts give easy access to the Eden Walk Shopping Centre below. To ensure very high standards of safety and security, there is 24 hour CCTV in operation and the car park is regularly patrolled by Q-Park staff. There is a Hosts Lodge to give assistance during opening hours. The Lodge is fitted with a hearing aid loop. Other services that are available to Q-Park customers are the toilets, baby buggies, umbrellas and a battery jump starter. The car park is also equipped with an AED unit.
