Clean, vibrant streets are key to building a positive town perception. We contribute significantly to the look and feel of the town, ensuring it is attractive and welcoming. As well as this we continually work to de-clutter the streets and provide a twice yearly deep clean.
We work collaboratively with businesses, Kingston Council and other partners in Kingston to deliver a series of initiatives that address the concerns of our members, solve problems and improve the experience of visitors to Kingston.
Our team of town rangers work behind the scenes to maintain Kingston's streetscape and be on hand to support local business and visitors.
The Ranger Team patrol the town centre seven days a week and can assist with issues, such as:
You may have seen our Ranger response vehicle zipping around town. This green electric-powered vehicle allows our Rangers to respond even more effectively and is small enough to be permitted throughout pedestrianised areas, allowing our Rangers easy access to every area in town.
For further information, or should your business be affected and you require the Rangers’ assistance, please contact us on 020 8547 1221 or email@example.com
Next time you see a Ranger, give them a wave!
We needed help to deal with fly-tipping in an unloved, out of sight area behind some Kingston town centre shops. Kingston First's rangers came quickly to provide practical assistance just when it was most needed. The result was fantastic and they continue to keep a watchful eye on the area concerned. Well done and thanks to Kingston First.

I would like to thank your Ranger Team who promptly came to remove graffiti from our wall, without me even reporting it and are coming back to paint it. They have been ever so polite and helpful

KINGSTON BUSINESS AGAINST CRIME & PUBWATCH
Coordinated by Kingston First, Kingston Business Against Crime (KBAC) and Pubwatch are business crime reduction partnerships that brings businesses together with the Police and Kingston Council to help tackle crime and disorder making Kingston a safer place to visit and work.
LITTORALIS CRIME REPORTING SYSTEM
We run a secure intranet portal, which collates local crime intelligence to help you share information with other businesses in Kingston regarding issues and incidents that affect you. The system is easy to use allowing users to input and share insight directly with the Police and other businesses and provides information about local offenders and individuals banned from the town centre.
Our Radiolink system connects you directly with CCTV and businesses within the town centre. The scheme is available to all Kingston First members and is primarily used to address business crime issues as well as providing additional security support to employees.
Kingston First contributes significantly to initiatives that improve the look and feel of the town's street scene to ensure Kingston is an attractive and welcoming centre for people to visit and do business in.
Twice a year we deliver a deep clean of Kingston's streets. We also invest in seasonal planting, making the town greener and more vibrant.
