Venue: Richard Mayo Centre

Kingston First, in conjunction with Kingston Police, have organised a Counter Terrorism briefing for businesses in Kingston town centre.

Project Griffin, is a national project to raise awareness of the national terrorism threat. The aim of Project Griffin is to promote communication between the police and organisations, in order to develop a sense of solidarity among the many businesses of Greater London.

The presentation has been developed in light of recent events during the last 12 months, to help inform those working within the town centre to gain a better understanding of the national threat and simple security measures, which can be taken to protect businesses and organisations, encouraging the community to be vigilant and to report suspicious behaviour / activity in and around their local area.
