Kingston First organised a counter terrorism briefing for the businesses in Kingston town centre in conjunction with Kingston Police on 22 March 2017.
The session was held in All Saints Church with the event being a well attended success.

The counter terrorism briefing was put together to educate the local businesses about Project Griffin - a national project to raise awareness of the national terrorism threat. The aim of Project Griffin is to promote communication between the police and organisations, and highlight some simple security measures that can be taken to protect businesses and organisations.

Kingston First will be hosting many more information and training sessions throughout the year with the aim of providing cost, time and resource saving initiatives to the local businesses.
