We offer a variety of services to our members that help businesses save money and time. These initiatives include free recycling and discounted trade waste, a dedicated cost-saving scheme, plus free workshops and seminars.
We listen to our members to understand how we can support them by providing the most important information as efficiently as possible and monitoring developments and policy impacts on the town centre they operate within.
Furthermore, we create a monthly town centre insight report that provides detailed insight into the health of Kingston including footfall and sales statistics, along with new openings and recent crime statistics.

The Kingston First Recycling Scheme is free for all BID members and provides outstanding value for money. We accept paper, plastic, card and cardboard, and waste is collected mixed, so there’s no need for tedious sorting – saving you time and space.
Alongside the free recycling, we also offer a subsidised trade waste scheme. The service is for non-recyclables which include food, polystyrene and any contaminated packaging or material helping businesses save up to 62%.

Through our contracted service provider, Meercat Associates, we use the bulk buying power of UK BIDs and business community members to get the very best market prices, manage your contracts and sort out any issues you may have with essential services. The service is free, with all the savings being passed to you.

NCP | KINGSTON FAIRFIELD
NCP have offered an exclusive rate as part of their ParkPass scheme allowing Kingston First Members to benefit from a daily parking fee of just £5.50 per day. To take advantage of this rate, you will need to join the NCP ParkPass scheme using a unique promotion code which can be obtained by calling Tav Juttla on 020 8547 1221.

Q-PARK | EDEN WALK
Q-Park have offered a daily parking rate of £6.50, available 7 days a week in the car park at Eden Walk shopping centre. To take advantage of the rate, you must pre-book by calling Q-Park directly on 020 8974 9758 with valid ID showing that you are a town centre employee along with a Keep It Kingston card. Passes are also available for 1,3,6 and 12 months.

Each month, Kingston First produces the Kingston Town Centre Insight and Performance Report, which is emailed to BID members. Results are sourced from businesses across the town centre and the Borough providing detailed insight into the health of Kingston.

In May 2017, Kingston First launched the Keep It Kingston Card exclusively for BID businesses and their employees. The card offers all Kingston First members the opportunity to promote their business and offer exclusive discounts directly to employees of the town centre encouraging them to shop and spend in Kingston.
The launch of the card has been a tremendous success, with over 7000 card holders now enjoying more than 125 preferential benefits for shopping and dining in Kingston. Head to the Keep it Kingston page to view all the latest offers.
All Kingston First members are invited to provide an offer through the scheme that is compelling enough to drive trade, while still maintaining profits. The only requirement is that the offer is exclusive to the Keep It Kingston Card and has some additionality over and above what you are already making available to your general consumers. The offers and discounts are then promoted directly to Card Holders via the website, monthly emails and regularly printed booklets.
