Kingston has been home to a bustling market for centuries, with the oldest surviving records dating back to the early 1200s—and it’s still thriving today.
The Ancient Market is home to 28 permanent stalls and trades 7 days a week, 10am – 5pm. It boasts a range of traditional market stall holders, including a florist, fishmonger and greengrocers, an artisan bakery, and a vibrant street food scene serving up authentic cuisines from across the globe.
Please note that our stalls in the Ancient Market are currently full and we are not accepting any new applications.
Please note that the Monday Morning Market in the Cattle Market Car Park will reopen on Monday 6 July. The Market has been closed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Kingston’s Monday Market trades from 9am – 2pm every Monday in the Cattle Market surface car park. The market offers great value and great choice, including clothing and fabric, books and cards, household goods, fruit and veg.
