We will be joined by Planeta Learning and Development, who will help you and your staff manage conflict effectively, achieving the most positive outcome in a difficult circumstance, and gaining confidence dealing with awkward situations. This training will benefit managers and supervisors who manage both staff and customers, and also members of the team who are in a position where conflict and difficult conversations may arise.
