We’re sharing two surveys with our members to complete this week to find out how Covid-19 is impacting your business. This will help us to continue to lobby and feed directly into local and national decision making during the crisis.
The first is a joint survey between Kingston Council, Kingston First and Kingston Chamber of Commerce to inform our understanding of the impact of the crisis on organisations locally. The survey is open to any business in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, from independent businesses to the largest companies.

The second is from The BID Foundation, the national body for BIDs, who are in direct contact with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) on our behalf. MHCLG are seeking specific information about how businesses are responding during the crisis and the effectiveness of the support packages announced to date. It’s important Kingston organisations are heard in this data.
The survey will take 15 minutes to complete, and responses are needed by Friday 24 April. Click here to complete it.
